An occasional glimpse into the workings of the Scottish Parliament and the Scottish Executive (or comments on anything else that takes my fancy).
I like the fact that one set is happy-face and the other is sad-face. I take it the former are used by the media for policy announcements and the latter are used for sleaze allegations.
